1. Delivery Charges

We strive to keep delivery charges reasonable while ensuring that all items reach you in good condition.

For Orders Above ₹1000: Enjoy free delivery on all orders above ₹1000.

For Orders Below ₹1000: A nominal delivery fee of ₹99 will apply.

Example: If you purchase an item for ₹800, a delivery charge of ₹99 will be added. However, if your total order value is above ₹1000, you’ll qualify for free delivery.

Please refer to your order summary at checkout to view any applicable delivery charges for each product. Thank you for shopping with us!

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our sellers aim to ship products within the estimated timelines shown on each product page. Delivery times can vary due to several factors:

  • Availability of the Product: Products listed as “In Stock” are generally dispatched faster.
  • Seller’s Location and Shipping Destination: Delivery time may vary based on the distance between the seller and the shipping address.
  • Courier Service Schedules: Delivery estimates exclude Sundays and public holidays, as our courier partners operate only on business days.

Why Estimated Delivery Dates May Vary: If a holiday occurs between the order date and the estimated delivery date, an extra day may be added. Some couriers also have limited delivery schedules, which could affect the expected date.

3. Shipping Options and Serviceability

Our platform supports delivery to most locations across India. To check whether a product can be delivered to your area:

  • Enter Your PIN Code: On each product page, enter your PIN code to verify service availability. This will ensure you see items eligible for delivery to your location.
  • Service Restrictions: In rare cases, delivery may not be possible due to logistics, local laws, or other restrictions. If delivery to your address is unavailable, you’ll be notified during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability

Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on the service capabilities of our courier partners. If COD is unavailable for your location, you may still pay via credit/debit card or other online payment options.

Note: Some courier partners impose limits on the cash amount for COD orders, which may restrict CO availability for high-value orders. Use the PIN code checker on the product page to confirm COD options for your area.

5. Delivery Confirmation

If you receive a delivery confirmation (via email or SMS) but have not received your item, please report the issue within seven days from the confirmation date. This allows us to investigate and address any discrepancies promptly.

6. Product Availability Tags

Our products are labeled with availability tags to indicate their current status. Here’s what each tag means:

  • In Stock: Items are readily available and will ship within the usual delivery timeframe for your location.
  • Available: The seller may not have the item in stock but can procure it. The delivery time depends on the seller’s procurement and shipping time to your address.
  • Preorder: Available for pre-booking. Once released, the item will be shipped, and delivery typically takes 2-6 business days after the release date.
  • Out of Stock: The item is currently unavailable. Use the “Notify Me” feature to receive an alert when it’s back in stock.
  • Back in Stock Soon: Temporarily sold out but available for booking. Shipping depends on the seller’s restock date.
  • Temporarily Unavailable: Currently not available for purchase. Use “Notify Me” for updates on availability.
  • Permanently Discontinued: The item is no longer available as it has been discontinued or is no longer manufactured.
  • Imported: Sourced internationally, with extended delivery times (10 days or more).

7. International Shipping

At this time, Swayamsidha delivers only within India. Orders can be placed from any location, but delivery addresses must be within India. International shipping is not currently available.

Note: Payments can be made using credit or debit cards issued in India and select other countries. However, please ensure that the delivery address is within India.

8. How to Return an Item

Returns are easy and can be initiated through the Contact Us page. Once a return is initiated, our team will provide guidance on the process.

  • Return Pick-Up: Where possible, our logistics partner will arrange a pick-up. If a pick-up cannot be arranged, you may return the item through a third-party courier service.
  • Return Shipping Fees: If a return is due to a seller error or a product defect, the seller will cover return shipping fees.
