The Platform is owned by Swayamsidha Enterprises Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, with its registered office at Surya Vihar Lane 1, Link Road, Near Nisamani Convention, 753012 Cuttack.

Your use of the Platform and its services and tools is governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) applicable to the Platform, including the applicable policies, which are incorporated herein by reference. By merely using the Platform, you are contracting with Swayamsidha Enterprises Private Limited and agree to abide by these terms and conditions, constituting your binding obligations with Swayamsidha.

1. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
   Only individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, may transact on the Platform. Individuals who are “incompetent to contract” under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including minors and undischarged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By accepting these Terms of Use, you represent that you meet these eligibility criteria. Swayamsidha reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or restrict your access to the Platform if you are found to be ineligible or underage.

2. Account and Registration Obligations
   When registering on the Platform, you agree to:
   • Maintain the confidentiality of your display name and password.
   • Be fully responsible for all activities under your account.
   • Notify Swayamsidha of any unauthorized access to your account immediately.

Your email and phone number serve as your primary identifiers on the Platform. It is your responsibility to keep this information up-to-date. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, Swayamsidha reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the Platform.

3. Communication Policy
   By using the Platform or sending emails to Swayamsidha, you agree to communicate electronically and receive electronic communications from us, such as notices related to your orders, updates, and other communications. Swayamsidha may communicate via email, SMS, or other electronic media.

   The Platform facilitates the sale of:
   • Hand-painted sarees
   • Odissi dance costumes
   • Traditional motifs
   • Jewellery
   • Home decor items

All products and services are offered by third-party sellers, and Swayamsidha acts only as a facilitator. All commercial/contractual terms, including pricing, payment methods, shipping, and product warranties, are agreed upon solely between the buyer and the seller. Swayamsidha does not hold any right, title, or interest in the items listed by sellers and does not control or endorse the quality or authenticity of the products.

5. Transaction and Fulfillment Terms
   Order Placement and Acceptance
   Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. This offer may be accepted or rejected by the seller. If an order is canceled, any payment made will be refunded in accordance with Swayamsidha’s refund policies.

Fulfillment and Delivery
Swayamsidha aims to facilitate delivery through third-party logistics partners. While estimated delivery times are provided, actual delivery may vary due to factors such as order volume, geographic location, and availability of third-party services. Swayamsidha is not liable for any delays in delivery.

Product-Specific Policies
Certain products (such as customized items or fragile decor pieces) may have specific terms regarding returns or exchanges. Please refer to individual product pages for details, as some items may not be eligible for return.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Actions
   When using the Platform, you agree to:
   • Not post content that you do not own or have rights to, or which is harmful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
   • Avoid unauthorized activities, such as mass mailings or spamming.
   • Respect Platform security by refraining from activities that compromise the integrity or functionality of the Platform, such as hacking or uploading harmful files.
   • Comply with all applicable laws and respect third-party rights.

Swayamsidha reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for any misuse or breach of these guidelines.

   Swayamsidha values the privacy of user data. All information collected, stored, and processed by the Platform is managed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and related rules. The Privacy Policy details how Swayamsidha collects, uses, and shares your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
   The Platform and all services, products, and information available on it are provided on an “as is” basis. Swayamsidha makes no warranties or representations about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform or any products listed by third-party sellers.

    Swayamsidha reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of any modified terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms of Use are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts in Cuttack, India.
